学习型学校建设是一个满载期待的过程,会导致利益的调整,是特定时、空中的组织变革活动,重点在于提高学校的组织学习力。学习型学校建设的流程为沟通→团队演练→变化(→再沟通……),领导、团队演练的限度、时间因素等对学习型学校建设亦有影响。

The author protracted the flow chart of the construction of learning school, namely, communication →team operation→change（→ communication once more ）. It is the author＇s belief that the construction of learning school is a process , full of expectations; the construction of learning school causes the adjustment of benefit; the construction of learning school is an organizational transformation in certain space and time; and the construction of learning school emphasizes improving the power of organizational learning.
