本文围绕新民乐应以怎样的方式继承保护与弘扬经历了历史积淀与融合而传承下来的传统民乐,试图探讨中国民族音乐发展之路,认为传统民乐与新民乐不是相互取代,而是彼此相依共存的关系。

Concerning how neo-folk music succeeds, protects and develops traditional folk music that has experienced historical accumulation and melting, this thesis tries to discuss the developing direction of Chinese national music. The author believes neo-folk music will not take the place of traditional folk music, but stand together with it. Neo-folk music has become the bridge between traditional Chinese music and international popular music. At last. he raised some advises to develop neo-folk music according to its situation.
