摘要 市场集中度问题是现代产业组织理论讨论的核心问题。市场集中度在一定程度上能够反映产业中的市场势力状况,同时也将影响产业的国际竞争力。本文在测算我国零售业市场集中度的基础上,构建了零售业市场有效集中度的动态模型,探讨了我国零售业市场集中度现状的成因,最后提出了提高我国零售业市场集中度的对策。 Market concentration is one of the key elements in the theory of industrial Organization. It will have an influence on its international competitiveness. This paper provides an empirical analysis on the market concentration ratios of the whole retailing industry and regional retailing of some large cities in China. It also analyzes the reasons why the market concentration ratios of Chinag retailing industry are very low and puts forward the conception of workable concentration.
