摘要
本实验采用溶液聚合法合成了苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物.讨论了各种工艺条件对聚合反应的影响,用红外光谱、DSC对共聚物进行了表征,并通过化学滴定法分析了产物的组成.使用CO2释放量法研究了聚合物的生物降解性.实验结果表明,合成苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物的最佳工艺条件是:n(S t)/n(M A)=2/1,反应温度为70℃,引发剂用量为0.5%;聚合物为无规共聚物,但有强烈的交替倾向;同时聚合物是可生物降解的.
In this paper, a series of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers are synthesized in solution. The influence of each of the technological conditions on the polymerisation is discussed. The copolymer's structure is characterized by means of IR and DSC,while its composition is analyzed by way of chemical titration. The biodegradability of copolymer is studied by use of CO2 release test method. Results show that the best technological conditions are. proportion of monomers -n(St) : n (MA) =2 : 1, reaction temperature-70 ℃ ,the dosage of BPO-0. 5%. The products are random,but they tend to be highly alternant. Meanwhile,these copolymers are biodegradable.
