摘要
乙醇精馏塔的浮压控制方法是一种新的节能控制方法,在保持原有工艺不变的情况下,增加一个具有纯积分作用的阀位控制器(VPC)。若积分时间常数足够大,VPC缓慢地调整压力控制器PC的设定值,使压力缓慢降低,同时减少再沸器的加热量,使温度变化与压力变化同步,从而保证产品的质量和产量不受浮压的影响,减少整个精馏系统所需的热量,达到节能目的。
Maintaining the original technics of ethanol rectification tower, a valve position controller(VPC) is added to the system. If the integration time is long enough, the VPC can adjust the setting point value of the PC controller slowly, so the pressure will get down slowly. Meanwhile by decreasing the heat of the re-boiler, the temperature change is synchronized with the pressure change. The quality and the quantity of the product at the top of the tower can be ensured, which are not influenced by floating pressure control. Namely, the heating needed by the whole rectified system will be cutting down, the energy can be saved.
