基于DSP和CAN的光纤液位监测仪研究

摘要 针对传统液位电测量存在潜在危险的局限性,基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和局域网控制器(CAN)技术,提出了光纤液位监测仪的实现方案,并进行了工程实现。介绍光纤液位测量原理,并从A/D数据采集电路、数字信号处理模块及CAN总线通信三个方面阐述了光纤液位监测仪的核心电路模块,同时给出软件数据处理流程。实验表明该监测仪简化了设计,具有本质安全、精度高、数据传输稳定等特点。 Aiming at the limitation of hazards in traditional liquid level electricity measurement, a design scheme of the optical fiber liquid level monitor,which is based on Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and Controller Area Network (CAN) ,is proposed and realized for distributed optical fiber liquid level measurement system. The principle of optical fiber liquid level measurement is introduced. The core circuit module of monitor is described from three aspects including A/D data acquisition circuit, digital signal processing module and CAN bus communication, and the software flowchart of data processing is given. The result of test shows that this monitor simplifies design, has characters of intrinsic safety ,high precision and good reliability.
