摘要
再生铝生产过程中,如果原料中含有有机物和氯化物,且烘干或冶炼温度在250~500℃停留足够长的时间,就会产生斯德哥尔摩公约所列的化学污染物 PCDDs/PCDFs。为了保证再生铝生产过程中 POPs 的排放水平<0.1 ng TEQ/m^3,可采用联合国环境规划署推荐的最佳可行性技术(BAT),包括:使用高温高效熔炼炉;无氯、无油进料;熔炼后快速冷却;活性炭吸附和纤维滤袋除尘。
In the production of secondary aluminum, if the raw materials bear organic material and chloride, in addition, the baking or heating time at the temperature 250 - 500℃ is long enough, it is easy to produce the chemical pollutants PCDD/PCDF listed in Stockholm Convention. To ensure the discharge concentration of POPs less than 0.1 ng -TEQ/m^3 , it is necessary to adopt the Best Available Technology recommended by UNEP, which includes reducing the organic material and chloride borne in raw materials, using high temperature high efficiency melting fumace, rapid cooling after melting, active carbon adsorbing, fabric dust collecting and so on.
