摘要
针对管道弯管出现裂纹问题,分别计算了支吊架设计状态和缺陷状态下的管道应力。分析表明,支吊架缺陷与弯管裂纹无直接关系,但支吊架缺陷使原设计中薄弱部位的应力超过允许值,使该部位的疲劳寿命有所降低,应加强对该部位的监督。
Directing against the problem of bendcracking on pipelines, the pipeline stress under designed condition and defective condition of the pipe support and hanger has been calculated respectively based on operational state of said pipe support and hanger. Analysis shows that the defect of pipe support and hanger hasn’t direct relationship with the bendcracking, but the defect of pipe support and hanger makes the stress of weak part in the original design to exceed the allowable value, causing the fatigue life of said part to decrease to some extent, hence, supervisory for the said part has to be strengthened.
