摘要
在进行数控机床、机器人、测量装置等的基础技术和应用技术研究的基础上,结合笔者自己积累的技术研究成果,介绍了有关坐标运动类型数控机械制造装备研究与创新开发的进展及后续研究报告的内容,以期对这一领域的相关研究起到一定的借鉴作用。其中具有特色的研究与创新开发包括:虚拟样机技术及新产品开发应用技术;多轴联动复合数控机床创新研究开发;机器人创新研究开发;数控检测装置创新研究开发。
Based on the studies of fundamental and applied technologies of NC-machines, robots and measuring installations and in combination with the authors' accumulation of technical research achievements, this paper introduces the researches on NC mechanical manufacturing equipment of the coordinate motion prototypes, the progress in innovative development and the report contents concerning the follow-up researches with a single purpose of play a lesson-drawing role in related research in this field, of which researches with special features and innovative development include: virtual prototype technology and new product development and applied technology, and the innovation and development of the multi-axes linkage movement compound NC machines, robots and NC testing and monitoring devices.
