摘要 文章对面向小批量制造过程有代表性的控制图理论,进行了分析和总结。对这些控制图按理论基础的不同进行了归纳,并对每种方法的应用场合及局限性进行了讨论。由于小批量生产环境是多种多样的,目前尚没有一种控制图适应所用的场合。因此,应从系统论和信息论的角度,对加工工序及整个加工环境进行全面的分析和研究,结合具体的应用特点和各种控制图的特点,灵活加以运用。 Abstract: Some typical theories of control chart in the small-batch production are analyzed, These theories are classified according the theoretical basis, discussed the applied conditions and limitations, Because of different situations of small-batch production, there is on control chart can applied to all the situations, With the viewpoint of system approach and information theory, the total processes and situations should be analyzed and researched, Combination theory and practice, the control chart should be utilized flexibly.
