摘要
机床爬行问题是提高机床加工精度的重要研究课题之一,是国民经济、科学研究及国防建设的重要课题。本文基于产生数控机床爬行现象的原理对机床产生爬行原因进行了理论分析,并建立了爬行的力学模型和数学模型。在对爬行原因进行合理分析的同时提出了解决数控机床爬行现象的有效措施。本文的研究对精密机床、超精密机床、数控机床的设计、制造和维修具有重要意义。
The subject of the CNC crawl is one of important content to developing machine precise, this also important for national economy, scientific research and national defense construction. Based on the CNC crawl appearance' s principle, this paper analysing the theory and setting up module of mathematic and mechanic and putting forward effective measures to solve machine tool crawl appearance, and very important to design, manufacture and uphold to precision machine tool super- precision machine tool and numerical controlled machine tool.
