摘要
文章根据锥面砂轮磨齿机工作原理和齿轮啮合原理,利用齿形法线法,从齿形方程和渐开螺旋面两个方面对锥面砂轮磨齿机正确磨削斜齿圆柱齿轮渐开螺旋面进行了理论验证,该验证方法及推导过程有助于理解采用齿条形刀具磨削齿轮的原理,同时对提高磨齿加工精度具有理论指导意义。
According to the working principle of conical wheel gear grinding machine and meshing theory of gears, the involute helicoid grinding with conical wheel gear grinding machine is proved with normal of tooth profile method, which include equations of tooth profile and involute helicoid. The verification process is very useful to comprehend the gear grinding principle with rack cutter, it also has theoretical value for increasing gear grinding precision.
