摘要
针对复杂曲面通常采用数控加工方式制造,从复杂曲面的数学模型入手。总结了数控加工误差的种类,分析了三轴数控加工中的种种误差,尤其是其中的非线性误差的产生及其影响因素。文章提出了相应的有效减小误差的控制方法,通过实验及仿真证明,该方法是有效的,为提高复杂曲面加工精度提供了借鉴。
Complex surfaces are normally manufactured with NC machining tools. Based on mathematics models of complex surfaces, this paper summarized the types of error in NC machining and analyzed all kinds of error in 3-axis NC machining, especially the generation of non-linear error and factors which influence it. Then, a control method which reduces non-linear error is proposed, it has been verified correct and effective with cutting experimentation and simulation.
