摘要 文章提出了一种使用手持式故障诊断仪来实现故障在线监测,并采用PC机完成故障判断的方案。对系统的硬件架构和软件体系设计进行了相关研究与讨论。该套系统手持仪器采用电池供电的节能设计,能够实现实时数据采集、在线状态监测等功能,而PC机系统能实现复杂的专家系统诊断等功能,界面友好,易于操作。 In this paper, a scheme of monitoring on-line by a hand-held intelligent status monitoring instrument and diagnosing by a fault-diagnosis system based on PC is presented. And the hardware frame and software system of the system are illuminated.The hand-held instrument of the system includes the following functions: data acquisition, status monitoring online and so on, its power can be supplied by a Lithium-ion battery.The PC system, which tends to be manipulated easily, can realize complex function of expert system diagnosis, and it' s user interface is also friendly.
