摘要
介绍了红外热像仪(InfraScopeⅡ)进行红外测温的原理和应用的现实意义,并对在实际应用时存在的测温准确性不够和空间分辨率不高的问题进行了探讨。对于影响测温准确性的几个重要的因素分别进行讨论,提出6点减少外因素影响的措施;对于空间分辨率方面,提出一种用数字图像处理的方法来提高其空间分辨率。这些在实际应用中都是切实可行的。
This paper introduces the measuring temperature theory of InfraScope Ⅱ and its meaning of application, and discusses the problems of improving the measurement accuracy and spatial resolution. To the important factors of effecting measurement accuracy, we suggest six methods which can reduce their effects; and improve the spatial resolution, we suggest using a method of digital image processing. These methods are effective at applications.
