摘要
以某一汽车的电动助力转向系统(EPS)电子控制器(ECU)为研究对象,利用电动助力转向系统试验台,通过数据采集,获取了电动助力转向系统助力特性和输入(转向盘扭矩、车速)-输出(电动机电流)数据对,依据模糊控制理论,将数据对转变为模糊控制规则,进而利用MATLAB的模糊逻辑工具箱构建了电动助力转向的模糊控制系统,并将这些规则导入进此系统,再利用MAT-LAB的S imu link模块进行了仿真分析,然后编制程序进行了试验验证。最后得出结论:基于输入-输出数据对的模糊控制系统可以很好地跟踪电动助力转向系统的特性曲线,模糊控制作为在线的实时控制可以满足EPS的动态要求,为模糊控制理论在EPS中的实际应用提供了依据。
The study sets the electric controller of EPS made by Japan as an object, On a test-bed,the power speciality and input-output data of EPS are gained, according to fuzzy control theory, the data is transformed into fuzzy control rules. Then the fuzzy control system for the electric power steering is set up by using the fuzzy logic toolbox of MATLAB,and the rules are transmitted into this system. The simulation analysis is carried out by using the Simulink module of MATLAB. Finally, the study gets some conclusions:the fuzzy control system based on input-output data can follow up the speciality of electric: power steering system;Fuzzy control as one kind of real-time control can satisfy the dynamic request of EPS and offer the evidence for developing singlechip real-time system of fuzzy control.
