摘要
发动机设计的一个基本要求是保证其主要零件有足够的强度和可靠性,在要求的使用期限内可靠地工作,同时又使发动机的体积和重量尽可能的小。为达到这一要求,需要评估零部件的热负荷和机械负荷的大小、性质以及相应的应力应变状况。本文应用UG Structures软件,并以一轿车发动机零部件为例,建立该零部件的实体模型,实现了开发初期热负荷和机械负荷的校核。
Engine is the most important part of a vehicle. It requires enough intensity, good abrasion-resistance and working reliably during its designed usage period. It also needs to reduce the volume and the weight. In order to meet these requirements, checking the intensity and reliability of the engine's components is absolutely necessary during the design. As an example,a crankshaft-connecting rod system is modelled and analyzed by using UG Structures. The method' s goal is to check the intensity and reliability of the components during the developing stage for this mechanism.
