摘要
螺旋锥齿轮副的成形法大轮,利用合适的成形铣刀,在通用的立式加工中心上,可以实现热处理后硬齿面的高速铣削。利用局部综合法可进行整个齿轮副的加工参数设计,并由加工参数得到齿轮副的齿面方程。利用计算机技术可以对轮齿进行图形仿真,并可完成齿轮副的三维造型,为进一步利用有限元软件进行分析打下基础。在加工之前,便可对齿轮副的齿形进行检查,防止齿形发生异常;可以测量齿形数据,以确定高速铣削用成形铣刀的尺寸数据。
For spiral bevel gears' formate gear, using proper flgurate cutting tool and generic CNC machining center, the gear's hard tooth-surface can be milled with high speed. Its machining parameters can be designed with Local Synthesis. With these parameters, we can obtain the gear's tooth-surface equations. By using computer technology, we can get emalational teeth and three-dimensional sculpting, this work will provide the foundation for finite element software's analysis. Before machining,we can check the gear's tooth shape easily so as avoiding tooth's abnormity. We can measure tooth parameters, and get the figurate cutting tool's dimensions.
