摘要
以技术供水系统为例,阐述了广州蓄能水电厂运用以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)方法制定各系统设备新的检修策略的过程及其所带来的巨大成效。电厂将RCM与检修ABC制度、MAXIMO生产信息管理系统、NOSA安全五星系统有效地融合,创造出了一套更趋规范、完善的设备检修管理模式。
Taking the technical water supply system as an example, this paper expatiates the process and great effects of the reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) applied to the constitution of new maintenance strategies for the equipment of various systems in the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station (GPSPS). RCM is effectively integrated with the maintenance ABC system, the production information management system MAXIMO and the safety, health and environment five-star system NOSA in GPSPS; thus, a more standardized and complete equipment maintenance management mode is established.
