12.7cm彩色AM-OLED显示器分场驱动研究 被引量:4

A Research on Sub-field Driving Technology for 5-inch AM-OLED

摘要 研究分场数字灰度方案,以提高低温多晶硅(LTPS)有源驱动有机电致发光显示器(AM-OLED)的亮度均匀性和灰度精确性。随着显示器尺寸和分辨率的提高,驱动频率会呈指数上升,在保证各像素发光时间的前提下,采用数字信号处理(DPS)复合乒乓结构和双通道内存输出技术,实现了16级灰度的彩色12.7 cm QVGA AM-OLED的动态视频显示。 For low temperature poly-silicon(LTPS) active matrix organic light emitting display(AM-OLED) ,the digital gray scale of sub-field can significantly improves the light uniformity and gray scale accuracy. By increasing the dimension and resolution of the display panel,the driving frequency would increase exponentially. In this paper, by guaranteeing the enough time of lighting for each pixel,the composite ping-pang structure and dual-chan- nel RAM output are introduced,then the colorful dynamic video display is implemented on 12.7 cm QVGA AM-OLED with 16 gray scales.
