摘要
通过对高频等参数感应测井仪器设计原理进行理论分析,利用数值模拟方法计算了该仪器对不同地层厚度和钻井泥浆侵入的响应。计算结果表明,该仪器可划分0.5m以上的地层,但五条相位差曲线的分层能力不匹配,曲线响应具有不对称性,而且随着层厚的增加越来越严重。在纵向均匀地层中,五条曲线能够很好地反映地层径向电阻率分布;在有限厚地层条件下,五条曲线对径向电阻率分布的响应不但与层厚有关,还同侵入带与原状地层电阻率的比值有关。研究表明,不进行测井曲线的高分辨率处理或反演研究,高频等参数感应测井方法就不能满足大庆油田水淹层测井评价的需求。
The design idea is described theoretically, and the theoretical responses of VIKIZ logging tool in simple 2D formation are modeled with numerical mode matching code in this paper. In radial 1D formation, the five curves can describe the resistivity variation along the direction perpendicular to the borehole. The results show that the vertical resolution of the tool is higher than 0.5m, and the resolution is also not matched among its five curves, and becomes worse with the increasing of formation thickness. We conclude that, without the help of inversion or the resolution enhancement, the VIKIZ logging cannot work well in Daqing Oil Field.
