西洋参种子诱导再生株研究

Tissue Culture Induction of Panax quiquefolium Seeds to the Plantlets

采用西洋参去皮的成熟种子,在1/2MS或White添加NAA和BA的混合培养基上,培养出2～3cm的幼苗。再将幼苗的子叶节、子叶、茎、茎尖接种到MS附加 2,4-D或NAA和BA组合的培养基,诱导出不定芽的途径培养再生植株。再生植株通过移栽,可以成活并正常生长。

With matured seeds of Panax quiquefolium as explant, the seedlings of 2-3 cm length were induced out on 1/2 MS medium of 1/2 White medium with NAA and BA. Then,with the cotyledons,cotyledon knots,stems and stem points as materials, induced out the plantlets. The transplantation showed that the plantlets could grow normally.
