摘要
经过20多年的发展,我国民办高校已经建立起适应自身发展的校内管理体制。在"十一五"规划中,许多省份已将民办高等教育的发展作为本省高等教育发展的重要组成部分。介绍了我国民办高校的内部管理机构及内部管理规范。认为院校长职业化提高了管理效率,一元化领导使机制灵活。建议加强董事会建设,政府应给民办院校以平等竞争的机会,民办学校应加强财务制度建设。
Through more than twenty years development, non - governmental universities in China have established their own interior management systems. In the Eleventh Five - Year Plan (2006 - 2010 ) of many provinces, the development of non - governmental institutions of higher learning is taken as an important part in the development of their own provincial higher education. This paper introduces the interior management systems and rules of the non - governmental universities in China, proposing that the rule of career presidents could raise the management efficiency, centralized leadership makes the mechanism flexible, those regulations about the board of trustees should be better, that the government should provide non - governmental universities with equal opportunities in education competition and those non -governmental universities should improve their financial system management.
