弘扬社会主义荣辱观,构建中国特色诚信体系

To carry forward the socialist outlook on honor so as to build the credit system with Chinese characteristics

"以诚实守信为荣,以见利忘义为耻"是胡锦涛总书记提出的社会主义荣辱观的重要内容之一。随着我国经济的快速增长,信用缺失问题已经成为必须认真面对和急待解决的问题。针对我国在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,因信用体系不完善而导致社会不和谐的现状,阐述了构建完善的社会信用体系的必要性和紧迫性,并从历史方面、法制方面、产权制度方面、信用机制方面分析了信用秩序混乱的原因,提出了在我国构建信用体系的对策。

In China, the problem of credit deficiency becomes more and more serious with the fast growth of economy, and it should be solved urgently. Focusing on China＇ s current inharmonious social phenomena mainly caused by the problems in the course of setting up a socialist market economy sys- tem, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of building an ideal social credit system. From the aspects of history, laws, property right systems and credit mechanism, the cause of credit disorder is studied and the strategies of building China＇ s credit system are put forward.
