摘要
学校风格特色和校长人格双重建构是校长提高培训的重要实践模式。本文从培训模式的理念、目标选择到效能进行重新反检,着重对校长个人人格在学校风格特色创建中获得同步提升的可能性、学校风格特色和校长人格双重建构培训模式的条件和效能进行了反思。
This paper mainly re-explores the personality upgrade and school style construction with dual principals-training models. It analyzes from the following aspects: the concept of training patterns, the choice of target and effectiveness, the focus on the reflection of the possibility of upgrading principals' personalities in constructing school's characteristics. And the possibility, the conditions and the effectiveness in the training principals' personal characteristics and the school style can be simultaneously upgraded.
