摘要
本文利用“五普”的抽样资料分析了迁移专业技术人员在迁入地、迁出地、职业类别、年龄、性别比例、平均受教育年限以及其他方面的分布特征,并且从数量上分析说明这些特征对于区域经济发展的影响。最后论述人力资源对于区域经济发展的重要性,而且人力资源一定要从数量和结构两个角度按照本地区经济发展的实际状况进行合理比例地配置才能实现区域经济结构的优化以及区域经济高速健康地发展。
The paper, based on the sampling data from fifth national census, analyses the characteristics of the migrant professionals such as the region of emigration and immigration, occupational distribution, age, gender, education etc, and tries to make use of model to quantitatively analyze their influence on the region economic growth. At last, the paper demonstrates importance of human resources to regional growth. To optimize the regional economic structure and maintain the fast and healthy economic growth, the human resources has to be placed according to the reality of local economic growth considering both quantity and structure of human resources .
