Developing with Heritage and Surviving with Development——On the Development of the Traditional Musical Culture in the Northwest Region of China

西北地区由于特殊的地理位置和人文环境,音乐的原生态状况保存较好。随着国家西部大开发战略的开展,有些音乐品种濒临消亡,有些音乐品种面临着转型,如何认识它的存在价值和演变、发展的规律,对于我们理解人类音乐文化意义重大。

In the northwest region of China, the original condition of music is better preserved owing to its particular geographic location and human environment. With the proceeding of ＂exploring the west＂, some kinds of music are facing with extinciton, and some with changing. How to know its value and rule of evolvement and development has a great significance in our understanding the meaning of human musical culture.
