摘要
观察了用贫铁、中铁和富铁饲料喂养７周的大鼠对急性冷暴露（－２０℃，３０ｍｉｎ）的耐受性。结果表明：三种铁水平大鼠直肠温度在室温条件下无明显差别；但在冷应激下，贫铁组大鼠的直肠温度从３８．４０℃降至３０．６８℃、中铁组从３８．４５℃降至３３．７７℃，富铁组下降得最少，从３８．８１℃降至３５．５９℃。提示：增加铁的摄取，可增强机体对急性冷应激的耐受性。
he tolerance to acute cold exposure(-20℃,30min)in rats with different levels of iron intake forseven weeks was observed.The results showed no significant difference on the rectal temperatures at ther-moneutral environment.But at cold stress,the rectal temperature decreased from 38.40℃ to 30.68℃from 38.45℃ to 33.77℃,and from 38.8℃ to 35.59℃ in low,moderate,and high iron intake grouprespectively.It indicates that the tolerance to acute cold stress will be improved with increase of iron in-take.
