摘要 本实验利用ESR技术研究了氧化苦参碱清除·OH作用及辐射对胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(5′-TMP)间接损伤的防护作用。结果表明:氧化苦参碱有较好的清除·OH作用,且呈明显量效关系。通过清除·OH。 he effects of oxymatrine on scavenging hydroxyl radical protecting 5'-TMP against irradiationwere studied by ESR technique.The result showed that oxymatrine had significant effects of scavenginghydroxyl radical and there was marked dose-effect relationship.lt could protect 5'-TMP against indi-rect damage induced by irradiation through scavenging hydroxyl radical.
