从转炉厂脱s设备使用现状，分析脱s系统必须配备铁水除渣装置才能满足品种钢冶炼要求。结合现有装备比较两种铁水除渣装置的优劣。通过实际使用说明铁水捞渣机铁损量小，捞渣率达到了设计目标值。

The smelting for grade steel can＇t be met until desulphurization system must be equipped with deslagging device for molten iron based on the conditions of desulphurization equipment at converter mill. The result shows that slag catching machine for molten iron can decrease iron loss and the rate of catching slag can reach the target value of design by comparing two existing devices.
