摘要
金刚蒿(Galeola shwcliensis W.W.Sm.,)为一种民间草药。作者从其石油醚提取部位,分离得到结晶Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ,经理化鉴定与紫外、红外、核磁共振、质谱分析,表明结晶Ⅰ为一新化合物,命名为金刚蒿酯(Galeolate),结晶Ⅱ为硬脂酸,结晶Ⅲ为β谷甾醇.此3种化学成分均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Three crystals (Ⅰ, ⅡandⅢ) were isolated from Galeola shweliensis W.W. Sm. and identified by means of physical nd chemical properties, and spectral data. It shows that crystal I was a novel com-pound, named galeolate (CH3-(CH2)12-C-O-CH2 -(CH2)12-C-O-C-CH3). Crystal ⅡandⅢwere confirmed as steanc acid and β-sitosterol, respectively. These three constituents were found inthis plant for the first time.
