The declining of his family had profound influences on Mu Shi-ying＇ s whole life. The temptations of enjoyment in city and his own physical desires made him a spiritually homeless wanderer. He was a special figure who could not be salvaged either in city or the countryside. In contrast with his text world which is getting clearer daily, the research of Mu Shi-ying as such is far from adequate.
