摘要
信息经济时代知识型员工的管理是现代企业人力资源管理的核心部分,知识型员工具有独立自主性、自主创新性、价值凸显性、劳动复杂性等特征,管理知识型员工应采取充分发挥员工独立自主性、鼓励员工参与企业管理、创造良好的软环境等措施,使他们真正为企业服务。
The administration of knowledge-type staff in the era of information economy is the kernel of HR administration in modem enterprises. Knowledge-type staff are characterized by independence, innovation, value remarkableness, labor complexness. Therefore, measures should be taken to bring their independence into full play, encourage them to participate in the enterprise management and create a good soft environment so that they can serve the enterprise wholeheartedly.
