高等学校办学特色的内涵与建设方略——我国高等学校办学特色建设若干问题研究综述

Strategies on the Construction and Features of Higher Education

高等学校的发展日益呈现出趋同化和盲目攀比倾向,已经引起了高等教育界的广泛重视,人们日益认识到高等学校的发展要“找准定位,办出特色”。通过现有研究文献对高等学校办学特色的内涵、形成办学特色的影响因素、高等学校办学特色的建设方略等问题进行了简要梳理,并对我国高等学校办学特色问题从制度环境、教育评价体系、办学自主权、办学理念、学科建设、校园文化等几个方面进行了探讨。

Nowadays, the development of higher education shows the trends of assimilation and blind competition, which arouses broad attention in educational circle, so higher institutions gradually realize the development of higher education should find the right orientation and lay hand on specialization. So the authors generalize the meaning of the specialization of higher education, the factors to affect the formation of specialization, the strategic measures of specialization. This paper gives some advice on specialization of the development of higher institutions.
