摘要
知识经济时代图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆员也提出了新的要求,搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。在对图书馆人力资源管理的现状及其存在问题进行了分析的基础上提出了相应的对策。
The position of library is becoming more and more important at knowledge economy ages. Also put forward the new request to the librarian. This paper briefly analyses the present condition of the HR management and existent problems. Finally, the strategies were put forward in this paper.
