肝精补血素口服液的药效学研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Ganjing Buxuesu Oral Liquid

目的验证肝精补血素口服液的药效。方法建立血虚模型,测定小鼠、大鼠失血前、失血24h及灌胃给药后的RBC,Hb,吞噬功能和游泳时间。结果低剂量(19．4g/kg)和高剂量(38．9g/kg)的肝精补血素口服液均能明显增加失血性贫血小鼠的RBC和Hb,提高贫血小鼠的非特异免疫功能,提高小鼠的耐受力,延长小鼠的游泳时间；对失血性血虚模型大鼠,剂量分别为15．6g/kg和31．1g/kg的肝精补血素口服液也能显著升高RBC和Hb。结论肝精补血素口服液能明显提高贫血动物的RBC和Hb,并有提高免疫力及抗疲劳作用。

Objective To establish the pharmacodynamics of Ganjing Buxuesu oral liquid. Methods By establishing the blood-deficiency model in mice and rats,to determine RBC,Hb,the swimming time around losing blood. Results Ganjing Buxuesu oral liquid could significantly increase the quantities of RBC and hemoglobin in rats and mice models with blood- deficiency anemia, increase the non- special immune function and tolerance of anemia mice,and lengthen the swimming time. At the dosage of 19. 4, 38.9 g/kg, Ganjing Buxuesu oral liquid could significantly increase the quantities of RBC and Hb in rats and mice models with hemorrhagic blood- deficiency. Conclusion Ganjing Buxuesu oral liquid can obviously increase the quantities of RBC,Hb and inmmunity of anemia animals,and have anti-weary function.
