高效液相色谱法测定天麻中天麻素的含量

Determination of Gastrodin in Gastrodia elata BI.by HPLC

目的建立测定天麻中天麻素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Shimpack CLC-ODS柱(150 mm×6．0 mm,5μm),流动相为水-甲醇(93：7),流速为1mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为221nm。结果天麻素进样量线性范围是0．0635～0．7185μg(r=0．9997),平均回收率为99．72%,RSD为1．33%。结论该方法简便快捷,准确实用,可用于控制天麻药材的质量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Gastrodin in Gastrodia elata B1.. Methods Shimpack CLC- ODS column （150 mm ×6. 0 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of water-methanol （93 ： 7）, at a flow rate of I mL/min. The oven was 40℃ and the wavelength of detector was 221 nm. Results The calibration curves showed linearity in the range of 0. 063 5 -0. 718 5 ttg （r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery rate was 99. 72%, RSD was 1.33%. Conclusion The method is simple, high -speed, accurate and practical and can be used for quality control of Gastrodial elata.
