第三方物流是一个新兴的行业,它可以提供企业所需的多功能、全方位的物流服务。第三方物流企业服务的对象是物质交换市场的供需双方,所以每个第三方物流企业都需要根据实际情况作出“以客户为中心”的服务策略选择和策略组合。第三方物流服务策略主要包括:充分理解客户需求、加强定制服务的能力和提供优质服务、加强客户与公司之间的联系。这个核心策略使第三方物流企业与客户形成一种相互依存的关系,并能获得长远的服务业务和销售,真正实现第三方物流企业的生存和发展。
The third Party Logistics is a newly developing industry providing multifunctional and omnibearing service needed for enterprises. As it serves supply and requisitioning parties in the material interchange market, the logistic enterprise needs to adopt a "client- centred" tactics, including fully understanding the need of clients, heightening its ability to provide first - rate service and keeping close touch with clients. Only by adopting the core tactics can logistic enterprises survive and develop.
