The Role of the Government in the Transformation of Private Enterprises

目前,中国民营企业整体上已走出了创业期,进入非常重要的转型期。但民营企业转型单靠自身力量是难以完成的,政府必须在其转型过程中发挥重要作用,包括构建政策法规体系,优化民营企业发展环境;加大融资支持力度,使融资渠道多元化;构建技术支持体系;等等。

At present, private enterprises in China as a whole have entered on an important transformation phase of their development and are in need of support from the Government. The Government should give them support by formulating policies, laws and regulations, by optimizing the environment for their development, by making channels for raising money pluralistic and by establishing a technical support system etc.
