项目实施过程中,常需要对众多的风险进行评价,根据风险的客观水平判断风险的可接受性,进而对风险的管理和控制方案做出正确决策。但是,不同决策者对待风险的态度是不同的,风险能被接受,除了考虑风险的客观水平外,还应该注意风险态度对决策者的影响。文章应用效用理论来度量人们的风险态度,并将风险态度应用到建设项目风险决策中进行多方案风险综合比较、风险管理措施经济分析及风险管理方案选择。

In the implement of construction item, we usually need to evaluate many kinds of risks, judge of risk＇s acceptability in terms of its objective level. Furthermore, make correct strategy of the management and control decision of risk. However , different decision makers are not the same in attitude, whether risk can be accepted or not depends not only on risk＇s objective level but also the attitude＇s influence on the decision makers. This article makes a probe on people＇s attitude with the utility theory, and put it into the risk strategy of construction item to make a comprehensive risk comparision among different schemes, an economical analysis of risk management measures, and a choice of risk management scheme.
