中国非政府组织的发展对执政党领导活动的挑战及其对策

NGOs Development Brings Challenge to the Leadship of the CPC

改革开放以来,非政府组织在我国迅速发展。非政府组织的发展对中国共产党政策制定、政治动员和利益整合功能都提出了严峻挑战。为此,执政党应该依法领导非政府组织,切实做到重视、尊重非政府组织,与之合作管理公共事务,并且支持非政府组织发展,对其进行适度监管。

NGOs are developing rapidly since China carries out the policy of reform and opening. NGs development brings great challenge to CPC,including policy making,political mobilization and benefit integration. So CPC must lead the NGOs according to the law and evaluate them. In addition,CPC should work together with NGOs in public affairs on the ground of supporting the development of NGOs with proper watching and control.
