摘要
500kV盐泰线耐张绝缘子采用自贡产FC-300/195型玻璃钢绝缘子。由于这种玻璃钢绝缘子的特殊结构,传统形式的闭式卡具达不到耐张绝缘子所承受的机械拉力要求。因此,需要对卡具部件进行改进以适应新型绝缘子的更换要求。本文先简介卡具更换绝缘子的方法,结合新型绝缘子的结构特点,讨论传统卡具更换玻璃绝缘子的局限,并提出了几点改进措施,加工了部件舌板和连有舌板的的可转动内衬。通过比较托瓶架法和卡具法两种更换方法,突出了改进型闭式卡具的工作效率和经济价值。
FC-300/196 type glass-steel insulators (supplied from Zigong) are used for tensile insulator in 500kV Yan Tai transmission line. Due to the special structure of this kind of toughened glass insulators, traditional shut type fixture couldn't meet the machine tensile stress requires borne by tensile insulator,so that its parts should be improved. In this paper, the author introduced briefly how to use this fixture to replace insulators firstly, then combining structure features of this insulators, discussed, the limitation that traditional fixture is used to replace toughened glass insulators, and presented several improvement measures, for example, adding tongue plate and running neck bush linked with it. Finally compared the frame method and fixture method, the work efficiency and economic value of this improved shut type fixture are stood out.
