摘要
为提高新几内亚凤仙的观赏品质,试验采用砂培的方法,研究了不同浓度的铝对2个品种新几内亚凤仙生长发育及花色的影响。结果表明,新几内亚凤仙红花和紫花品种对不同铝浓度供应的反应不同。当营养液中铝浓度为7.41×10-7mol/L时,红花品种的生物量、根活力均达到最大值;当铝浓度为7.41×10-6mol/L时,红花品种的可溶性糖含量和花色素苷的含量高且花色深,紫花品种的生物量、根活力达到最大值,且紫花品种的花朵翼瓣出现畸形,向后卷曲成筒状,开始出现铝中毒症状。
The effects of aluminum on the growth and flower color of Impatiens hawteeri were studied by solution sand culture. The results showed that aluminum had significant inftuence on the color of Impations hanckeri. Two cultivars of Impatiens hawkeri had different response to different aluminum supply. When aluminum concentration was 7.41 ×10^-7 mol/L in nutrient solution, Harmo- ny Super Red reached the climax of biomass and root activity. When aluminum concentration was 7.41 ×10^-6 mol/L, Harmony Super Red reached the top of resolvable sugar content and anthocyanin content, showing deep red of flower color, while Harmony Violet hit the peak of biomass and root activity, and two pieces of wing petal of Harmony Violet turn back into tubeshape. This results suggested that when the A1 concentration was more than 7.41×10^-6 mol/L, the plants of Impatiens hawteeri start to appear toxic symptoms.
