摘要
为建立一种饮料中甲苯精确定性和定量的分析方法,以标准加入法,在EI源下用GC/MS/SIM模式定量分析果汁饮料中甲苯的含量。结果表明,仪器检出限为0.33 pg,样品中甲苯的平均相对标准偏差小于6%,平均回收率为94.2%。利用GC/MS/SIM方法测定果汁饮料中微量的甲苯,具有灵敏、快速、简便等优点,可用于食品安全检测的推广。
To establish a new method to determine the toluene in the juices, the concentration of toluene was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode, and using standard adding method. Results indicate that the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.99 and the detection limit of toluene is 0.33 pg. The average recovery rate is 94.2% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 6%. The method is sensitive and fast and suitable for determination of the toluene in the food.
