摘要
选用7周龄的雌性古典型岑溪三黄鸡540只,平均分成9组,通过饲养试验和代谢试验,研究不同的能量、蛋白质和含硫氨基酸水平对古典型岑溪三黄鸡生长性能的影响。结果表明:蛋白质水平对古典型三黄鸡的增重差异显著(P<0.05),能量水平对古典型三黄鸡的采食量和耗料增重比差异显著(P<0.05)。以增重为衡量指标,能量、蛋白质和含硫氨基酸分别以12.13M J/kg、18%和0.55%对古典型三黄鸡的增重效果最好,以耗料增重比为衡量指标,则分别以12.74 M J/kg、18%、0.65%为最佳。
In order to study the effect of different energy, protein and sulphureous amino acids level on the growth performance of yellow broilers, 540 classical type Cenxi yellow female broilers with 7-week age were chosen and divided into nine groups to feed. Through feed and metabolism experiments, the results showed that the difference of increasing weight of yellow broilers with different protein levels was significant (P〈0.05) and the difference of feed intake and ratio of feed and increased weight of yellow broilers with different energy levels was significant (P〈0. 05). With the increased weight as an index, the contents of energy, protein and sulphureous amino acids with the best effect on the increased weight of yellow broilers were 12.13MJ/kg, 18% and 0.55%, respectively. While the ratio of feed and increased weight was used as an index, the energy, protein and sulphureous amino acids contents were 12.74 MJ/kg, 18% and 0.65%, respectively.
