摘要
本文主要研究了不同种类及不同掺量纤维对聚合物砂浆抗裂性能的影响,采用电子万能试验机测试砂浆的力学性能及用立体光学显微镜观察纤维在砂浆中的分布状态。结果表明,随着纤维A掺量的增加,聚合物砂浆的抗裂性及柔韧性都有较大提高,其最佳掺量为水泥用量的0.5%。
In this paper the effect of different types and different dosages of fiber on the crack-resistance and the flexibility of polymer mortar have been investigated. The mechanical properties of mortars were tested and the distribution of fiber in the mortar was observed using the stereoscopic microscope. The results indicate that the crack-resistance and the flexibility were improved with the increase of fiber content in mortar. The optimal incorporation of fiber in mortar is 0.5% by weight percentage of cement.
