硕士学位论文质量既是一个学校人才培养质量的反映,也是学校科学研究水平和创新能力的标志。针对工程硕士研究生培养特点,结合工程硕士专业研究生管理工作实践,分析了在学位论文选题、论文开题、论文研究和论文审核与评审环节中的管理现状,指出提高学位论文质量应重视学位论文的选题,强化论文研究过程中的指导、检查、督促与管理,严把论文审核与评审关。

Thesis quality of engineering master refects the puality of higher education and is also a denotation of scientific research and innovation ability in higher school. Consideering characterisics and combining adiministration practice of engineering master education. The effect of education proceduure including selection of thesis topic,description of research content, thesis research work, thesis evaluation on the thesis quality is analyzed, For improvement of thesis quality emphasis should be laid on selection of thesis topic, at same time direction, examination and adminastration during thesis reseach should be enhanced and thesis evaluation should be strengthened for higher quality of engineering master thesis.
