近年来沈阳城市的快速发展,在一定程度上已经破坏了沈阳原有的城市色彩,城市色彩中出现了杂乱等城市发展的通病。在沈阳的城市建设中,突出城市色彩具有重要的意义,应遵循人与自然、社会的和谐共生理念,尊重城市历史色彩,重点规划设计行政中心区域、商业区域、居住区、工业区、旅游风景区、历史建筑保护区,文教卫服务区等城市功能分区的色彩。

In recent years,the rapid urban development of Shenyang has already made damage to some degree to its original urban colour and being disorderly and unsystematic,a common fault in urban development, has begun to appear in the urban colour of this city. In the course of the city building of shenyang, giving prominence to urban colour is of much significance, the concept should be followed that human beings, nature and society can harmoniously coexist in the world,the original urban colour should be respected,and the emphasis of urban colour planning and designing should be put on administrative center zones, residential zones, shopping center zones, industrial zones, touring zones, historical buildings protecting zones, and cultural ,educational and healthy services zones, which are divided on the basis of functional division.
