摘要
针对一种新型闭式结构的小孔节流气体静压球轴承,结合其制造方法,分析了在制造、安装以及工作过程中可能产生的误差,建立了该轴承含误差项的气膜间隙一般表达式,采用Galerkin——有限元方法求解气体润滑雷诺方程,定量分析了各误差对静态承载性能的影响程度。研究结果表明:误差对该结构轴承的静态承载性能的影响与误差的大小及轴承的设计参数取值有关;不同的误差类型对承载性能的影响不同,但均具有一定规律性。得出的结论对于该类轴承的设计制造和性能保障具有重要的指导价值。
In order to analyze influences of errors on static performances of a new orifice compensated externally pres surized gas spherical bearing, the article analyzed possible errors during the bearing's manufacturing, installation and working procedure. The clearance of the bearing' s gas film including errors is formulated in a general formula and effects of errors on carrying-capacity of the bearing is analyzed by finite element method. Result shows that: errors have influence on the bearing' s load carrying-capacity, and the influenced degree is relevant with the magnitude of error and the bearing' s parameters. Different kinds of errors have different influences, but always in certain laws. The re suits have great significance for the design, assembly optimization and performance prediction of the bearing.
