摘要
采用室内生长速率法测定了腈菌唑等4种商品化杀菌剂对稻瘟病病菌(Pyriculariagrisea)的毒力作用效果。结果表明,商品化杀菌剂腈菌唑、稻收、达科宁和恶霉灵的EC50值分别为2.79mg/L、9.67mg/L、30.88mg/L和36.31mg/L;腈菌唑、达科宁和恶霉灵的毒力指数分别为350.36、31.31和26.63,从而得出腈菌唑对稻瘟病病菌的毒力最强,优于达科宁和恶霉灵的毒效。
Four commercial fungicide agents were tested to determine the toxicity effects on Pyricularia grisea in the laboratory. The results indicate that the EC50 of Myclobutanil, Tricyclazol, Chlorothalonil and Hymexazol are 2. 79 mg/L, 9.67mg/L, 30.88 mg/L and 36.31 mg/L and the toxicity index of Myclobutanil, Chlorothalonil and Hymexazol are 350.36, 31.31 and 26.63 respectively, which expresses that the activity of Myclobutanil on Pyricularia grisea is the highest among four tested fungicide agents.
